My name is Saint Cacchiotti (CASH-YACHT-TEE) – yes, Saint, a name given to me as a child by my baby sister, who had a hard time saying, “Cynthia.” While not divine, I do consider myself blessed to have spent more than 26 years helping clients and friends find their dream homes, luxury condominiums and investment properties in our southwest Florida paradise.

Using cutting-edge technology and dynamic negotiation skills, I am persistent when it comes to getting the best value for my customers and repeat clients, and work hard to make every home purchase or sale smooth and easy for them.
